History
The Company Stinchcombe Furnaces (the original name was Stinchcombe & Cooper Ltd England) was established in 1947 in Nottingham, England. This Company was operating under its original name as a producer of furnace units till 1990. In that year it joined with the Nottingham group of firms working in the area of metal recycling in which the Company operated as a part of the company „Nottingham Metal Recycling Group of Companies“, where the production line as well as technologies of the firm focusing on the nonferrous metals were extended.
On joining of the firm Stinchcombe & Cooper Ltd. in the group of companies, by acquiring new knowledge and experiences the firm was very successfully moved into the problems of non-ferrous metals recycling and especially recycling of the aluminum waste.
Successful operation of the firm on the world markets, managing of the new technology and problems related to processing of the non-ferrous metals was an incentive for the Company management for an independent operation of the firm, and at the end of the year 2002 the Company became independent and was founded under a new name Stinchcombe Furnaces Ltd.
At the same time with the period of the year 2002 the cooperating group of technicians and project engineers establishes the Stinchcombe company in the Czech Republic focusing on designing and manufacture of the furnace units at the same time with designing of the foundries for aluminum waste recycling as well as turn-key deliveries of these plants to the customer.
Both companies successfully continued with other activities of implementation of both the furnace units and turn-key construction of aluminum foundries especially in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries of Europe and also in the world.
At present, our main aims of the “Czech Stinchcombe”, the Stinchcombe Engineering s.r.o. Company, is to offer the technology of the electromagnetic induction stirring in reverberatory furnaces to our customers and bring them maximum benefits associated with it.
Our customers are currently placing maximal emphasis on the greatest possible savings in production and not least the high quality of the final product. We successfully fulfill both.
The key product of the Stinchcombe Engineering Company consists of equipment for melting of aluminium chips, which is with very low metal losses and low operation and maintenance cost a revolutionary device on the market with technologies for processing of aluminium and its alloys.
We also offer solutions to problems with the quality of products and the losses occurring in the manufacturing process. Unique metal homogeneity, significant time savings and minimal loss of production as a result of the installation of our equipment.
We are engineering - supplying organization, which deals with supplies of individual technological units to turnkey projects. Our work location is not only in the Czech Republic and the European Union, but also worldwide.
